How to Buy an Ad in the Playbill for The Mikado:

Thank you for your interest in supporting the CSTHEA Homeschool Players by purchasing an ad in the playbill for their upcoming show!

Your full-page ad will be included for hundreds of eyes to peruse in our playbill for all 6 performances of Gilbert & Sullivan’s Mikado.

Details:

  • Cost: $125 (full page)
  • Design Requirements:
    • Option 1 (preferred): Share a link to a Canva file with editing permissions so we can make small tweaks to make your design fit our format. If you want to share with a specific account, use this email address: [email protected]
    • Option 2: Provide your own graphic. High-quality file (png, jpg, pdf) of your artwork. File dimensions that will fit best: 2100px × 3250px fits best (the playbill is 5.5″ × 8.5″), but we have a little wiggle room if you have a graphic that is a different size.
    • Option 2: Just provide text and/or logo and/or business card for the playbill designer to include however they best see fit.
  • Where to Send Artwork: Upload to the form linked above when you submit your ad.
  • Deadline: March 31st
  • How to Pay:
    • Option 1: Venmo @CSTHEA-HomeSchool (Put “HSP Playbill Ad” in the memo.)
    • Option 2: PayPal Paypal.me/cstheatreasurer (Put “HSP Playbill Ad” in the memo. PayPal takes a fee, so this option is not preferred if you can use one of the other options.)
    • Option 3: Make a check out to CSTHEA and send it with the student who told you about the advertising opportunity.
  • If you need proof of purchase, please screenshot your online payment. If you need a PDF invoice to show proof of the expense, email us with your request.

  • 10 tickets to the sponsored showtime;
  • space at the show for you to set up a table or booth with info about your company;
  • a live advertising spot from stage either created by our students, or your company representative can address the audience themselves;
  • space to set up a booth or table in the lobby before the show;
  • and an ad in the playbill is included!
