Register for the 2026/2027 Season of HSP!

Step 1: Come to the Parent Info Meeting

6:30 pm, Monday, July 27th, 2026

At the end of the meeting, sign up in person for your student’s audition time slot on the paper schedule we provide.

Step 2: Get Ready for Your Audition

Before your student auditions, do these three things:

1. Complete the online audition form.
2. Fill out and sign the paper forms, and bring them with you:
   • CSTHEA Code of Conduct (reviewed by the student and parent together, and signed by the student)
   • Audition Form (filled out by the student)
   • Conflict Calendar (filled out by student and parent together)
   • Liability Release (signed by the parent)
   • Photo Release (signed by the parent)
3. Pay the $20 non-refundable audition fee. Pay online here, or bring $20 cash to the audition.

Your online form, your paper forms, and your $20 fee must all be done before your student auditions.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to check in.

Note: Our judges see over 100 students packed into a few short hours across three audition days, and that’s a lot of new faces to keep straight. A photo next to each name helps them remember who’s who, especially students they’re meeting for the first time, so everyone gets full and fair attention. Please consider uploading a photo of each student auditioning here. If not, no worries! We’ll grab a quick snapshot of them when they arrive for their audition.

Step 3: Find Out if Your Student is Cast

Cast and crew will be announced in the week following auditions.

Step 4: If Your Student is Accepted

Please be ready for three things:

1. Buy your Iolanthe shirt from the swag shop. Every student must wear their Iolanthe shirt at every rehearsal, so each student needs at least one. Many families buy a spare to rotate on wash days. Hoodies are available too! New this year: there is no group order. Each family buys directly from the swag shop.
2. Attend the parent meeting at the first rehearsal. At least one parent from each family must attend the first 45-60 minutes of the first rehearsal on Thursday, August 13th at 5:30 pm.
3. Pay your tuition and fees right away. You’ll pay online through our brand new tuition “store.” You can add any extras that apply to your student (e.g., theatre shoes and stage makeup) in the same checkout.
